Redirects that are linked to Wikidata

After a software change, it's now easy to link redirects on Wikipedia with items on Wikidata. The new policy on Wikidata is described in https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Sitelinks_to_redirects . There are many cases where it's useful create these links to be able to provide interwiki-links between different languages.
