How to import an article GNU-FDL conformable:

1. Full import of the SQL/XML database by a developer (this is the best solution)
2. Single import of the XML data of single articles (requires "Import User" privilege; only if No.1 is not possible)
3. Single dirty import of the XML data of single articles (only if No.1 and No.2 is not possible)
4. Single dirty import of the wiki history data of single articles (only if No.1, No.2 and No.3 is not possible)
