Metmaacher:MsynBot

MsynBot is a bot account registered and operated by User:MisterSynergy. It is currently being used in the following Wikimedia projects:

• Wikidata (local user page):
  • batch editing related to constraint violation repairs
  • weekly updates of a couple of maintenance lists
• German Wikipedia (local user page):
  • template replacements
• All other projects:
  • touch pages (with pywikibot) if the value in pp_value for pp_propname='wikibase_item' in the page props table for a given page is outdated; this is related to d:User:MsynBot#Task 10: manage badges for sitelinks to redirects where these cases surface occasionally; while these edits are intended to be invisible nulledits, they sometimes result in an actual, visible change due to bugs
